It has been great fun working with Team Aldi to create a range of delicious, high quality Craft Guild of Chefs endorsed slow cooked products and we are delighted to see them in stores now!

A lot of hard work has gone into this new range consisting of; Beef Bourguignon, Pork Belly, Chicken Shawarma, Lamb Shanks, Gammon Shanks, Smoky BBQ Beef Brisket, BBQ Pulled Pork, Sweet BBQ Pork Ribs and Smoky BBQ Ribs. All products are slow cooked using the traditional sous vide water bath method creating tender and flavoursome dishes.
