As UK Managing Director, Katharine will be responsible for creating and executing comprehensive business plans and strategies that aim to continue the growth trajectory and customer diversification of OSI's International Division. In addition, Katharine will be tasked with overseeing all OSI UK facilities while maintaining OSI's reputation for food safety and quality and assisting with the further progression of the Company's sustainability strategy.

Lee manages the Creative Foods Product Development, Process and Marketing Teams across our UK sites. His expertise in Food Innovation & Development, as well as Marketing and Process spans both FMCG and Foodservice sectors, having worked as a Development Chef at McCormick Group, Development Chef Controller at Brakes, Food Innovations & Development Controller at Authentic Foods and, prior to joining Creative Foods, Head of Product Development within Morrison’s, managing the Fresh/Chilled and Manufacturing division.

Michael Alcorn was appointed as Head of Food Safety and Quality for the UK Division, to further strengthen our Food Safety and Quality function. Michael began his career at Northern Foods and worked for that business in various roles within Quality Assurance and Process Development. Since joining Creative Foods, Michael has been heavily involved in managing global supply chains across Europe, Asia and the UK supplying a range of products to the foodservice and retail markets. Michael is also a member of the OSI Global Quality Expectations Auditing Team.

Jenny joined Creative Foods in December 2022 as Finance Director for the UK Division. Jenny brings over 25 years' experience in regional and global senior finance roles, with a proven track record of financial management and reporting expertise. Jenny has a solid understanding of operational and regulatory audit risks and controls, having worked in a global Agribusiness in Finance, Internal Audit, and Supply Chain functions.

As Commercial Director, Stuart oversees the Commercial Team and is responsible for driving the growth pipeline at Creative Foods. Stuart brings over 30 years’ experience in the food industry, having most recently worked at M&S as Head of Trading for Meat, Fish, Poultry, Dairy and Deli. Prior to that he was Category Director for Meat, Cheese and Deli Counters at Morrison’s. He also worked for Asda for 15 years in a number of fresh and ambient leadership roles including Category Director for Meat, Fish and Poultry.
